The one-day program flow includes registration in the morning, an opening prayer and remarks, and a first session on values formation from 9:00-10:00 AM. There will be a morning break from 10:00-10:30 AM followed by a session on protocol from 10:30-11:30 AM and a sharing period until lunch from 11:30-12:00 PM. The afternoon will consist of a session on SWOT analysis from 1:00-2:00 PM, a group activity from 2:00-2:30 PM, and an afternoon break from 2:30-3:00 PM followed by group presentations and closing remarks until the end of the program.
