Seattle Children's Hospital is a 250-bed pediatric hospital that sees over 314,000 patient visits annually. It uses several Cerner products like PowerChart and FirstNet. The hospital deployed its first MPage in September 2010 which provided a patient summary for inpatients and outpatients. In April 2011, it launched a second custom-built MPage using the Ext JS library. A team of five analysts developed and maintain the MPages. Future plans include integrating other tools, adding nursing documentation, clinical dashboards, a learning MPage for training, and hosting the MPages on WebSphere.
