Prior to that, he held roles as a radiology PACS, RIS, and MAM administrator at Coney Island Hospital and as a radiology systems analyst at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where he customized RIS systems and implemented PACS. He has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and several certifications related to radiology systems.

with the implementation and maintenance of Radiology Information Systems, Picture Archival and
Communication Systems, and Automated Speech Recognition Systems.

LEAD PACS ANALYST, MEMORIAL SLOAN KETTERING CANCER CENTER: NYC - 2005 - PRESENT
As the most senior and experienced analyst in the support team of the Radiology IT department, my
primary responsibility is to train all new analysts in the functionalities of theGE PACS, GE RIS-IC,
and PowerScribe 360; Remedy ticket system; QA Reports. Assist supervisor as needed with the team
schedule. Work with the radiology medical director to create and maintain templates for the
PowerScribe 360. Organize the annual training of new Radiology Fellows/Residents in July. Assist
with group projects (implementation of new systems and modalities, upgrades, testing, etc.). Create
training documents and quick reference guide for analysts and various work groups in the radiology
department. Main analyst on Day Call and part of weekly rotation for after hours and weekend On-
Call. Provide on-site support for the Main Campus, Breast & Imaging Center, and West Harrison
location.
RADIOLOGY PACS, RIS & MAM MODULE ADMINISTRATOR, CONEY ISLAND HOSPITAL; NYC — 2002-2005
As the RIS Administrator work with the IS Project Manager in the organizing, controlling, and
coordination of the Radiology Information System, MISYS CPR. Also responsible for maintaining
the Mammography module, Penrad. As the PACS Administrator was part of the implementation team
for the Agfa IMPAX and Web1000. Completed various system related courses including, Radiology
Database Maintenance, ADC - Computerized Radiology In-service, and Oracle 9i Discoverer
Administration & End User.
Prepared reports, documents, statistical surveys, and other data management for the Radiology
Administrators and Chairman. Provided one-on-one and group training sessions for the staff.
Supervise two full-time assistants and work closely with the Agfa Field Engineer. Participate in the
department's Quality Improvement projects to identify and design future needs and efficient workflow
processes. Maintains the RIS and PACS in accordance with standards established by the hospital as
well as JCAHO, Federal, State, and Local Standards.
RADIOLOGY SYSTEMS ANALYST, JAMAICA HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTER; NYC - 1998-2002
As the analyst for both Jamaica and Flushing Hospital Medical Centers, customized the RIS, IDXrad,
to suit the department's operations by building software dictionaries and setting up system definitions.

with IS Department in trouble shooting hardware and software problems. Produce various department
statistics for administration and develop story boards with graphs to show the department's
productivity and quality improvements on an on-going basis.
Responsible for the administration of the Voice Recognition System, PowerScribe, which is interfaced
with IDXrad. Responsible for creating user accounts and training the radiologists. Primary contact
for end users and liaison with consultants for the system. Handle all equipment failures determining
who to call for repair; placing tech support calls and keeping track of the services.
Train and supervise two assistants (one for each hospital) to help support the staff and maintain the
systems daily.
Part of the search committee for getting PACS into the three hospitals (Jamaica, Flushing, and
Brookdale). Worked with the engineers for the GE-PACS and IDX Imaging Suite in getting them
implemented first at Jamaica Hospital.
SYSTEM MANAGER/QC COORDINATOR , NORTH GENERAL HOSPITAL; NYC — 1996-1998
Prepared system dictionaries and definitions for the new IDXrad system; helped with staff training;
system maintenance; prepared reports on a monthly basis and on demand as needed by the radiology
manager and vice-president. As Quality Control Coordinator prepared schedules, supervised and
coordinated the monthly monitoring and evaluation of the appropriateness and quality of radiology
exams, as well as the accuracy in diagnosis for the regular monthly department conference; draft and
typed the minutes of these conferences; monitoring rejections of exam by the radiologists, missed
diagnoses by radiologists and ER doctors (for X-rays), the reporting of abnormal findings by
radiologists, and patient incidents in the department; prepare draft of monthly department minutes for
review by the director.
