My group has developed the open source NCS Navigator (https://code.bioinformatics.northwestern.edu/issues/projects/show/ncs-navigator) information management system for the National Children's Study (http://centers.nationalchildrensstudy.gov/greaterchicago/Pages/default.aspx). I have been involved in the NCI caBIG program since 2004. I am the PI of the Patient Study Calendar module software development project, the caBIG development project that has developed a syntactically and semantically harmonized (with BRIDG and the CDISC SDTM) interoperable patient study calendar using agile design practices.
