This document discusses organizing business process documentation from enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects. It proposes extracting process information from text documents and diagrams, linking the different representations, normalizing the data, and clustering the processes. This organized structure improves information reuse across projects, maintains consistency, and aids in duplicate detection. An evaluation of 240 process documents clustered into 23 groups found this approach boosted similarity for related business artifacts like requirements. Future work could utilize domain ontologies and extract standardized process models.
