 Control of wastage of construction material.
 Arrange the next day’s work in advance and ensure procurement of material at the site.
 Discuss the practical problem faced during execution with P.M. and find a suitable solution.
 Work out the quantities of each item of work.
 Prepare requirements of material.
 Prepare rate analysis of various items.
 Check daily site progress.
 Prepare necessary R.A. & final bills as per the work stage.
 Check any rectification of structural and finishing work.

 Technical supervision of the ongoing work.
 Co-ordination between different contractors and agencies to maintain the project speed at
the construction site.
 Control of wastage of construction material.
 Work out the requirements of different materials for construction.
 Prepare indents for different materials on SAP.
 Preparing quality report after quality check of received material.
 Communicate necessary instruction to supervisor and departmental labours.
 Prepare and submit monthly consumption reports, daily progress reports etc. with proper
assistance from storekeeper and supervisor

2) 4 level Podium + two numbers of 21 storey residential towers.


