o Content Management (Requisition Templates, Skills and Competencies, Correspondence
Templates)
o Supporting the project manager/project team in developing test plan and scripts, end user
training documentation
o Communication with the end customer and/or onshore stakeholder on various aspects of
the project
o Troubleshooting and resolution of post production issues.
o Training end users on the overall activity of the tool.
o Training and communicating with clients on all issues and tool trainings.
o Arranging for post go-live live sessions with users to avail smooth running of the system.
