What are Recent Contacts When you  receive an email from someone outside the school district, their email address is placed into a location called “Recent Contacts.” These email addresses are not saved to your Address Book (a permanent file on your computer) but will pop up if you ever start to type that recipient’s address in your To: location of a new email. Because these addresses are not saved, there is no way to export them into the new Google system unless you first save them into your Address Book. This tutorial will walk you through that process.
Using Entourage Compose a new message Begin Typing Desired recipient’s email address Select desired recipient and hit Tab Continue this for all contacts in your Recent Contacts list Hit Enter after the last recipient has been entered Right-click on each recipient’s address Choose Add to Address Book See tutorial on importing contacts into Google
1. Start typing desired recipient’s email 2. When desired recipient’s email is selected, hit tab 3. Continue this until each desired recipient is selected. Then hit Enter
