This document provides instructions for saving email addresses from a user's recent contacts list into their address book. It explains that recent contacts are not permanently saved, and provides steps to add each contact to the address book using Outlook or Entourage. The steps are to 1) start typing a contact's email address, 2) hit tab to select it, 3) repeat for each contact, then 4) right click each address and select "Add to Address Book/Outlook Contacts".
