2. INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 kg minced meat mixed
- 1 cabbage
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot
- 2 potatoes
- one cup of rice
- parsley
- pepper
- bay
- broth
- salt
- dill
- thyme
- smoked every kind
3. RECIPE
1- Peel and grind onions, potatoes, carrots, adding the meat and mix with salt, pepper,
rice and 100 kg of broth.
2- Put a pot of water to boil with salt and a little vinegar. When boiling water onto
cleaned cabbage cob, let boil until the leaves are malleable. Take the leaf to leaf and let
it cool.
3- To assemble stuffed cabbage and smoked on the bottom of the pot and put a little
