Bachelor degree from electrical engineering and master degree in Business of Administration.
Strong combination between technical logical intellectual with a strong perspective of business
mind set, which highly contributed to the success of managerial leadership roles I’ve been
experienced.
I have been sharpened in Management Trainee program of British American Tobacco for two
years, forged with practical managerial skill in every business aspects such as Operation
Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistic, Human Resource, Operation Finance and Agricultural
Operation. Surely put my managerial skill become to the top of my performance level and to be

Realise the highest production yield by 93.2% since 7 years.
Best lowest GLT conversion cost by 18% cost efficiency.
Gold achievement of 3 million man hours accident free, managing national EHS
responsibility for 729 employees in 4 different areas.
Success to conduct EHS audit (2014) & SRTP audit (2015) with good satisfaction level.

o GLT Plant relocation project. Independent project lead, technical design, total project
