A joint resolution of English Club and Parents-Teacher Association of _______ Elementary School hereby
requesting to approve the collection of Php 5.00 per pupil from Kinder-Grade VI for Literacy Day registration fee , Php 2.00 for
the film showing and Php 1.00 for the tongue twister which are part of the income generating project of English Club and a
proposal of the undersigned.
WHEREAS, the registration fee of Php 5.00 will be used to defray expenses for the prizes, materials for certificates
of recognition, trophies and other expenses during the Literacy Day. Winners will be recognized and prizes will help them a lot to
improve their performance in English. The excess collected amount will serve as a fund of the club for other related activities in
English.
WHEREAS, the collected amount for the film showing will be used for the payment of
t-shirt of ________ English coordinator as agreed by the ______________ Association of Coordinators in English and
transportation allowances and other incidental expenses during the International Literacy Day Celebration on September
