The document outlines the daily work plan used in a Montessori lower elementary classroom. Students are given a work plan each day that lists the tasks they can choose to complete. They move through 9 boxes on the plan as they finish each task. Students can choose where and what they work on. They sign up with the teacher when they have questions or finish their work. At the end of the day, students reflect on their accomplishments or share with classmates. The individual work plans track each student's progress and accomplishments for the day.

3. How Does the Work Plan Work? Students look at their work plan and see the work they completed through out the day and then look at the end of the column and fill in the guide section.

4. Things That Go Together There are 9 boxes the child works through daily. When they write their work plan they will write Things that go together # _ and then complete the task.

5. Freedom To Choose They choose where they want to work. They choose what they will be working on for the day.

6. Signing up for Ms. Jennifer When the students complete their work or have questions they sign on the board.

7. Completed Work Plan Once the child signs in Ms. Jennifer checks their work and answers their questions.

8. Completed Work Plan When students complete their work plan they reflect on their accomplishments. Or they share with their classmate.

9. Benefits of the Work Plans The work plan is just for that student. Shows how much the student has accomplished during the day.
