2. Project Purpose
This project is designed to:
◦ Generate a shared understanding of
“engagement,”
◦ Measure the current level of engagement,
◦ Identify areas for improvement, and
◦ Create an action plan to address those areas.

Survey contained 18 questions related to:
◦ Teaching
◦ Scholarship
◦ Service
◦ Overall engagement
64% participation
◦ 7 participants completed the online survey
(out of a possible 11 participants.)
