Essential skills and experience
Strategic planning - Ability to provide strategic leadership, guidance and support on a
broad range of organisational areas
Scaling up in an international context - Needs to be able to demonstrate a strong
background in scaling and growing from small to medium size in a global context
People and culture - Experience and passion for current and leading edge, people and
culture, skills and practices, including knowledge and understanding of how to embed

Commercial and financial management - Exceptional commercial understanding and
ability to seize opportunities. Ability and experience to lead and support a finance
operation managed by a Finance Director
