POSITION: RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (EXECUTIVE SEARCH)
LOCATION: HYBRID WORKING BETWEEN HOME AND TARPORLEY, CHESHIRE,
REPORTS TO: SENIOR CONSULTANT, TECHNOLOGY PRACTICE
PURPOSE: To delight our clients through the successful delivery of their
recruitment briefs.

ROLE
You should at least 2 years’ recruitment experience in
either executive search, contingency or internal
recruitment.
In addition to recruitment experience we believe that to
succeed in this role you will also need to have:
• A real passion for delighting your clients through
exceptional project / assignment delivery
• Grit, resilience and determination to successfully
appoint challenging roles
• A growth mindset and enthusiasm for personal
learning
