To provide a comprehensive internal sales support function

Planning

• Gain sound industry and Product Specialist
• Arrange / Check customer account / credit
• Check FloSolve stock items on Syspro
• Answer all sales related calls
• Follow up calls to customers
• Prepare standard quotations / proposals
• Receive clarify customer orders
• Ensure processing of orders on Syspro
• Compile monthly sales forecasts 30/60/90 days
• Compile annual sales budgets
• Maintain outstanding quotes list
• Prepare and compile sales packs
• Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements
• Ensure compliance to company procedures (ISO)
• Updates the Activity Report on excel on a weekly basis ensuring accurate information for
the Sales meeting.
• Actively engage in Telesales

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of 3 years working experience with exposure to as many of the following as possible:-
• Internal Sales
• General Sales Administration
• Exposure to Lubrication equipment; pumps; hydraulics; mechanical; basic electrical; pneumatics preferred
• Telesales
• Grade 12 (Matric)
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of 5 years working experience
• Sales and Marketing experience (1 year minimum)
• Good written & spoken English
• PC Literate:- Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, Syspro preferred
