Summary Experience
Almost six years working experience in the relevant field of Oil and Gas industries especially
on Construction, Fabrication, Inspection and Testing for Platform such as Wellhead, Central
Processing Platform (CPP), and Floating, Storage & Production (FSP). Most of the experience

Job Scope as Mechanical Inspector
• Compile test package hydrotest, Iso Metric drawing with markup test limit, P&ID
drawing, weld summary, mechanical check sheet (MCC), punchlist and system
overview commissioning by pipe line system.
• Review and verify test package before submit to Senior Engineering
Inspector (SEI) or Commissioning engineer for approval before
hydrotest activity perform.
• Proceed pipe line walk to ensure all punchlist was state in punclist form and the test
limit is same as drawing mention.
• Proceed flushing until satisfy and then prepare for hydrotest.
• Ensure pressure/temperature recorder, pressure gauge valid calibration then must show
the certificate to Client Representative, and blind flange must be same rating or more
then rightly.
• Keep look chart paper on pressure/temperature recorder for ensure pressure is maintain
and in the same time do pipe line walk to see the high point pressure gauge rich the
pressure during hydrotest.
• Witness boxes up spool and valve activity to ensure production team use the correct
gasket and stub bolt type.
• Proceed flange management every single flange with follow client requirement.
• Carry out re-instatement test before hand over to commissioning engineer and fill up the
MCC to close construction activity.
• Prepare Discipline Acceptance Certificate (DAC) to close the pipe line system in system
overview and get verify with commissioning engineer and SEI for ensure that system
ready for commissioning.
• Do internally pre commissioning before prior commissioning activities and ensure all
equipment instrument related on the pipe line is correct install as per requirement and
make sure painting completed all entire line with stenciling and flow direction line.
• Close the MCC and make the certificate for hand over the pipe line system to Offshore
Installation Manager (OIM).
• Witness leak test activities for vessel after vessel inspection complete and flange
management.
• Assist commissioning engineer and vendor to do load test for crane.
• Do endurance test for compressor and pump until operation platform satisfied.
• Liaise with work supervisor operation platform and OIM to verified all the activities is
completed and MCC completed sign with all parties then ready to start up or energies
platform to back normal and make sure nobody get hurt during start up or energies.

Job Scope as QC Inspector Piping
• Attended daily morning safety briefing, tool box talk and progress weekly safety
briefing.
• Supervise and ensure HSE compliance through project execution and
executed in line with company and client HSE management system.
• To ensure all exotic materials (Stainless steel, cooper nickel, duplex s. steel) has been
applied VCI (vapor chloride inhibitor) for preservation, protection.
• Ensure welding consumables’ are correctly as per WPS requirement.
• Monitor backing and holding temperature of electrode oven, check the consumable in
term the size, type and condition, and make sure record all issuing and returning
electrode.
• Liaise with Qa/Qc Coordinator/Lead or Piping Engineer for any technical queries
related with piping system like a fabrication and installation.
• Perform material verification inspection to identify material grade, type material, size,
dimension and heat number.
• Perform fit-up inspection activity, check and ensure joint in good condition as per WPS
requirement.
• Sketch the detail of line pipe spool for red line mark up for any changes due to
modification.
• Monitor welding activity before, during after and make sure welder follow WPS, and
ensure exotic material has been applied acid pickling for cleaning and prior Visual
Inspection.
• Perform Visual Inspection, check root penetration, external surface welding defect,
alignment and dimensional check after welding (square, levelness and straightness) at
pipe.
• Make a red line mark-up drawing if got any additional occurred.
• Select joint welding for NDT (RT,MPI,DPI,PMI) by drawing and line system as follow
NDT matrix requirement, liaise with NDT Coordinator which joint need to repair and
location of repair.
• Liaise with PWHT technician for witness post weld head treatment and check soaking
time, holding and review the report.
• Carried out inspection for pipe spool and pipe support, check tagging, quantity, condition
and ensure pipe spool in good condition, and make sure internal of pipe free from any
debris and any loose item. Make a blowing inside pipe to proper cleaning before send to
blasting and painting.
• Monitor and liaise with PMT before install pipe spool and pipe support, and make sure
the location is correct.
• Prepare document required and compile for Test Package, such as test package
drawing index, weld summary, punch list, check sheet and etc.
• Check of preparation hydrotest/pneumatic test and do line walk prior hydrotest activity
and raised punch list by category ‘A’ or ‘B’, follow up with construction team to done
the priority category ‘A’ for proceed hydrotest activity .
• Witness hydrotest activity and ensure calibration certificate of temperature, pressure
recorder and permit to work must display at location testing area in the same time
monitor division of pressure during pressure up and holding time.

• Witness flushing and air blow activity and ensure internal clear from any debris has
been removed..
• Carry out line checking and punch killing after hydrostatic test and monitor for
reinstatement test and signoff piping check sheet to close it.
Job Scope as QC Inspector Mechanical
• Monitoring mechanical and piping inspection to comply with current codes and
standards spec (ASME, API, BS, AWS & client specification) with proper QA/QC
Plan.
• Responsible for the preparation of QA/QC documentation for mechanical such as
MVR, Fit-up Report, Summary report according with latest revision of drawing, codes
and Specification.
• Responsible for redline marking of drawing at onshore for piping and mechanical
equipment for As-Built Drawing preparation.
• Received allocates duties and review documentation with scope of work for items
required by client. Raise queries when lack of clarify.
• Perform installation for Mechanical Equipment (Compressors, Generators, Pressure
Vessels, Cranes and monorails) as per approved procedures and specification.
• Check Mechanical Shop Drawings (IFC) as prepared by designers regarding integrity
and Clash checking.
• Monitor project execution for Mechanical / HVAC as per plan schedule.
• Responsible for the preparation of Installation Procedures together with the job risk
assessment (JHA) for the project.
• Monitor equipment fabrication at vendor premises for equipment involved.
• Knowledge regarding ASME VIII Div 1, ASME SECTION IX, ASME SECTION V, API
510 to monitor and make sure all the fabrication of equipment are comply with current
codes and standards.

HADI AHMAD JobScope as QC Inspector Piping • Attended daily morning safety briefing, tool box talk and progress weekly safety briefing. • Supervise and ensure HSE compliance through project execution and executed in line with company and client HSE management system. • To ensure all exotic materials (Stainless steel, cooper nickel, duplex s. steel) has been applied VCI (vapor chloride inhibitor) for preservation, protection. • Ensure welding consumables’ are correctly as per WPS requirement. • Monitor backing and holding temperature of electrode oven, check the consumable in term the size, type and condition, and make sure record all issuing and returning electrode. • Liaise with Qa/Qc Coordinator/Lead or Piping Engineer for any technical queries related with piping system like a fabrication and installation. • Perform material verification inspection to identify material grade, type material, size, dimension and heat number. • Perform fit-up inspection activity, check and ensure joint in good condition as per WPS requirement. • Sketch the detail of line pipe spool for red line mark up for any changes due to modification. • Monitor welding activity before, during after and make sure welder follow WPS, and ensure exotic material has been applied acid pickling for cleaning and prior Visual Inspection. • Perform Visual Inspection, check root penetration, external surface welding defect, alignment and dimensional check after welding (square, levelness and straightness) at pipe. • Make a red line mark-up drawing if got any additional occurred. • Select joint welding for NDT (RT,MPI,DPI,PMI) by drawing and line system as follow NDT matrix requirement, liaise with NDT Coordinator which joint need to repair and location of repair. • Liaise with PWHT technician for witness post weld head treatment and check soaking time, holding and review the report. • Carried out inspection for pipe spool and pipe support, check tagging, quantity, condition and ensure pipe spool in good condition, and make sure internal of pipe free from any debris and any loose item. Make a blowing inside pipe to proper cleaning before send to blasting and painting. • Monitor and liaise with PMT before install pipe spool and pipe support, and make sure the location is correct. • Prepare document required and compile for Test Package, such as test package drawing index, weld summary, punch list, check sheet and etc. • Check of preparation hydrotest/pneumatic test and do line walk prior hydrotest activity and raised punch list by category ‘A’ or ‘B’, follow up with construction team to done the priority category ‘A’ for proceed hydrotest activity . • Witness hydrotest activity and ensure calibration certificate of temperature, pressure recorder and permit to work must display at location testing area in the same time monitor division of pressure during pressure up and holding time. 28 February 2015 Page 4

Job Scope as QC Inspector Mechanical • Monitoring mechanical and piping inspection to comply with current codes and standards spec (ASME, API, BS, AWS & client specification) with proper QA/QC Plan. • Responsible for the preparation of QA/QC documentation for mechanical such as MVR, Fit-up Report, Summary report according with latest revision of drawing, codes and Specification. • Responsible for redline marking of drawing at onshore for piping and mechanical equipment for As-Built Drawing preparation. • Received allocates duties and review documentation with scope of work for items required by client. Raise queries when lack of clarify. • Perform installation for Mechanical Equipment (Compressors, Generators, Pressure Vessels, Cranes and monorails) as per approved procedures and specification. • Check Mechanical Shop Drawings (IFC) as prepared by designers regarding integrity and Clash checking. • Monitor project execution for Mechanical / HVAC as per plan schedule. • Responsible for the preparation of Installation Procedures together with the job risk assessment (JHA) for the project. • Monitor equipment fabrication at vendor premises for equipment involved. • Knowledge regarding ASME VIII Div 1, ASME SECTION IX, ASME SECTION V, API 510 to monitor and make sure all the fabrication of equipment are comply with current codes and standards. • Witnessed hydro test, leak test & pneumatic test at vendor premises during FAT/SAT and make sure all test involved are comply with approved procedures, codes and specification. • Reviewed all NDT (RT, UT, DPT, and MPT) report for shop and field activities as per approved procedures and specification. • Reviewed all NDT report for acceptance criteria as per applicable construction codes and specification prior to pressure testing for hold point inspection. • Monitor welding and fabrication activities, fit-up and visual inspection and NDT (RT, UT, MPT, and DPT) are complying with IFC drawings together with applicable codes and standards. • Liaise with QC subcontractor for the preparation of documentation such as MVR, Visual Inspection, Fit-Up Inspection, and NDT report together with clients as per applicable codes and standards.. • Responsible to make sure all the materials involved for construction are comply with applicable Codes, standards and specification. • Liaise with Commissioning Engineers for Testing and Commissioning activities. 28 February 2015 Page 5
