The STaR Chart is a process used in Texas to document technology use and progress, as required by the No Child Left Behind Act. It consists of reports from districts, principals, and teachers that are due each June 30th. The STaR Chart addresses four key areas: Teaching and Learning, Educator Preparation and Development, Leadership and Support, and Infrastructure. It provides data on technology implementation and use that can be used for funding and planning purposes.
