• based on a provided generic QMS.
• CFW will review and help prepare for certification audit.
• CFW will not pay for certification; that is down to the
company.
• CFW will consider group support, for a number of
companies on a surgery type basis.

Meeting eligibility Criteria
• CFW seeks to support ‘growth’ companies
• 10 employees
• T/O exceeding £500k
• Potential for growth & development, with some
Management systems in place

9. What happens next?
• Pressing the Apply Now’ button allows CFW to filter
‘growth’ companies, using an online Basic Company
Health check
• Those not meeting the criteria get passed to Business
Wales for further general business support
• Those that qualify will be contacted a CFW consultant
who will carry out an Intermediate Company Health
Check (ICHC) c 30 questions in one morning session

10. ICHC will identify & prioritise…
• Areas in need of improvement in terms of company
performance (not necessarily what the company ‘thinks’
it needs)....possibly QS?
• The type and duration of support; norm is up to 5 days
total fully funded 1:1 support delivered over a period of 6
months (say)
• Additional potential opportunity for Management &
Leadership support
