"One Belt, One Road" Policy & the International Trade Supermicro
For thousands of years, the Silk Road was the way of trade and cultural exchanges between the Asian and European civilizations and has played an important role in promoting the progress of human civilization and promoting the prosperity and development of all countries along the route. In 2013, for the ancient Silk Road had a new goal - promote world peace and development, and provide regional economic and trade cooperation, strengthen exchanges between different civilizations, Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed to build a Silk Road Economic Belt "in twenty-first Century and "Maritime Silk Road" (referred to as "One Belt, One Road"), therefore the main initiatives, attracted the international attention. The thesis starts from the countries along the Silk Road in Ukraine, by introducing the overview of Ukraine, and the political and economic relations between Chinese and Ukraine in the eyes of the "Chinese Belt and Road Initiative" strategy, to analyze the "China Belt and Road Initiative" strategy implemented in Ukraine's advantages and risks, and reveal Ukraine in the area the way strategy is an important strategic geopolitical position.

Since its deployment on 14 March 2014, the United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (HRMMU) has been gathering substantial information related to the arbitrary deprivation of life, one of the gravest human rights violations, notably during assemblies, in 2014 and 2015, as well as in the eastern areas affected by the ongoing conflict.
The report covers the period from January 2014 to May 2016, and applies to the whole territory of Ukraine, including the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, as per United Nations General Assembly resolution 68/262 on the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the east of Ukraine where an armed conflict has been ongoing since mid-April 2014, causing the highest number of fatalities.
The report is based on information that HRMMU collected through: interviews with witnesses, relatives of victims and their lawyers; analysis of corroborating material confidentially shared with HRMMU; official records; open-source documents and video,
photo and audio materials (including some produced by alleged perpetrators); forensic reports; criminal investigation materials; court documents; and other relevant and reliable materials.

Back in 2014 the SBU investigators initiated a criminal case under article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (ill-treatment of prisoners of war and civilians). In 2015 the Prosecutor General’s Office passed the case to the Military Prosecutor’s Office. The SBU now assists in investigation, fulfills tasks assigned by the prosecutor’s office and records the facts.

Russian anarchist and anti-war movement in the third year of full-scale warAntti Rautiainen
Anarchist group ANA Regensburg hosted my online-presentation on 16th of May 2024, in which I discussed tactics of anti-war activism in Russia, and reasons why the anti-war movement has not been able to make an impact to change the course of events yet. Cases of anarchists repressed for anti-war activities are presented, as well as strategies of support for political prisoners, and modest successes in supporting their struggles.

2. The separatism in Donbas is designed to mask the true goal: turn Ukraine into a
“Failed State”
2The Administration of the President of Ukraine
destabilizing a
country and
inspiring domestic
conflict
ruining economy
and causing state
collapse
stepping in as a
‘savior’,
replacement of
local political
leadership
Stages:
Method: new warfare model – hybrid war and “controlled chaos”.
Strategy of “controlled chaos”:
Creation of puppet “state” structures;
flooding the region with illegal weapons;
using foreign paid mercenaries to destroy regional
infrastructure and harass local population;
weakening local economy and blocking state
functions (e.g. law enforcement, justice, social
welfare) ;
forcing of refugee crisis;
information warfare;
introduction of the Russian “peace keeping forces” .
In early years of the millennium, the Kremlin had
realized that it could lose its grip over Ukraine and
that our country might become an independent
player with a ‘hostile’, that is, pro-Western vector of
development. This was the reason why Moscow
started establishing the system of total control over
the situation in Ukraine.
Russia’s actions against Ukraine prove to be an
implementation of a well-planned geopolitical
strategy of turning Ukraine into the ‘failed state’. It
is based on applying innovative models of warfare –
hybrid warfare and the ‘controlled chaos’
approach that are tailored to fit realities and unique
features of former Soviet Union territories.

peaceful settlement of the situation in the Eastern regions of Ukraine by
the illegal armed groups and mercenaries from Russian Federation
(June, 20 2014 - June, 30 2014)
Within the 10-day ceasefire period the fighters did not stop the fire and practically from the very
beginning the terrorists continued to attack ATO sites. Ukrainian side has fulfilled its commitments.
However, it cost human lives of Ukrainians. The death toll is sadly impressive.

Extract from an interview of a suboteur detained in
Odessa:
- What was your task?
- My task was to carry out active work in social
networks, ‘disseminate’ information that I was receiving
by e-mail and create groups looking for individuals
ready to conduct sabotage activity in Ukraine … First of
all, they look for people to participate in combat. They
are sent to the Crimea and Rostov for training.
Regarding sabotage, we are tasked to carry out
provocations on behalf of the Pravyi Sector, National
Guard, Svoboda etc. Like blowing up a bridge or a
synagogue in Kyiv, Odessa or Dnepropetrovsk, water
poisoning. For example, recently there was a task from
Moscow to torture and kill the Communist Party leader
in Slovyansk, as if it was done by the Pravyi Sector.
