Becoming a Preschool director can be a rewarding
position. As a director , you are the main and trusted
source of communication between all facets of the
program.
You would get to work with everyone involved such
as the parents, children, staff, owner, licensing
department and/or funding program. Anytime there
is a problem, dispute or opportunity, the director
must oversee it.

hands on with all the kids (not just
either the babies or toddlers), spend
time with parents and get to really
know your staff. You get to move
