finally influence the physical property and vulcanizing property of

change the rubber processability, including the mixing,
calendering, extrusion and other property on the open mill or the
internal mixer, such as the plasticity, dispersity, flowability,
lubricity, uniformity, roll wrapping property and scorching
property, etc., and have no or few impacts on the physical property
of the vulcanized rubber, and improve the dispersity of the padding
and shorten the mixing time.
Rubber internal releasing agent is a kind of internal and external
lubricant, the main function of the internal lubricant is to
undermine the friction between the polymer and the internal

molecule of the volume, reduce the interior heat build-up and
improve the melt flowability. While the functions of the external
lubricant are mainly embodied on the surface of the rubber particle
as well as on the surface of the machine tooling, so as to serve as
boundary lubricant and demoulding; it is the above-mentioned
internal and external lubricant that increases the flowability of the
rubber and reduce the pollution of the mold, which is easy to
demould.
The rubber dispersant is mainly used to improve the powder
dispersion of the rubber. The dispersant works through the surface
of the lubricant, wet powder particles or elastomer, reduce the
relative movement friction between the powder particles of
different property and different category or the relative movement
friction between powder particles and the elastomer, improve the
compatibility of the particles, make the powder disperse evenly in
the rubber and improve the processability of the rubber.
