1. RDS-ACM Reclaiming Agent
Appearance: light grey powder
ACM rubber is a kind of special rubber produced by industrial
production after 1983; the basic characteristics of ACM rubber lie
in its good property of fuel oil resistance and lubricating oil
resistance at high temperature (175—200℃)and it also has
several kinds of gas resistance property, but has bad water
resistance and cold resistance.
ACM rubber is mainly used in automobile manufacturing industry
to produce auto parts, such as various gaskets, diaphragms, oil
seals and special rubber hoses, etc. With the development of the
automobile industry as well as the automobile population, the
ACM rubber consumption is also increasing. At the ACM rubber
is a kind of expensive rubber, under present world economy
situation, the reclaiming and application of the ACM waste rubber
is very significant to reduce the costs of the auto parts materials as
well as to increase the economic benefit of the enterprise. The
technique of manufacturing ACM by using the RDS-ACM
reclaiming agent is simple and environmental, and can be finished
with existing equipment of the rubber factory, and our company
can provide the application company with technical guidance and
training.
ACM Rubber Reclaiming Technique:
The open fining mixer or the refining mill→ put in waste ACM
rubber→ RDS-ACM reclaiming agent→ times of mill running
Test Recipe:
Data Analysis and Conclusion:
Seeing from the above data, both of the
vulcanization speed and the Mooney viscosity of the
ACM reclaimed compound rubber made by the
RDS-ACM reclaiming agent substituting pure ACM
raw rubber are very close to the compound rubber
made by ACM raw rubber only. The physical
property and hot air aging property are also very
close to each other. So we can conclude that the
ACM reclaimed rubber made by the RDS-ACM
reclaiming agent can completely substitute part of
ACM raw rubber. (Note: the waste rubber used by
the reclaimed rubber is the trimming of 1# recipe.)
