 A variety of photos, headlines and copy points, which can be further edited for local
 relevance, can be inserted into the marketing piece along with the local contact
 information. Built-in approver functionality routes the finished file for appropriate
 approval.

 To complete the web-to-print process, users place the files in the shopping cart; the order
 is then charged to a credit card or against a pre-approved internal budget. Because the
 solution integrates with other workflow technology, the print-ready file is routed directly
 to DPI’s presses. DPI ships the printed materials to the proper location, completing the
 entire process in a matter of days.

 “We looked at other solutions before we decided on Saepio PrintStore,” Moore said. “Our
 clients have a relatively significant investment in getting marketing materials out to the
 field in real time. Saepio provides real value by enabling us to listen to each client’s needs
 and respond with a customized solution instead of forcing them to fit into off-the-self
 technology.”

 A Marketing Workhorse
 DPI clients use the system to support a full spectrum of marketing activities ranging
 from customizing retail in-store kiosk panels and flyers to versioning event sponsorship
 materials, posters, invitations and more to meet the needs of individual events in local
 markets.

 Moore said that clients need very minimal training on the Saepio solution. “The tools are
 easy to use,” she said. “Our clients master the ins and outs very quickly.” It is so intuitive
 that one client even uses it as part of a marketing campaign that lets consumers go online
 and customize trading cards complete with their child’s unique information and photo.

 And while DPI has only been using Saepio since 2006, the return on investment is
 already coming into focus.
