FTE+ uses e-learning to supplement teacher training and improve both the quality and quantity of education. A pilot program in one school saw test scores increase 10-17%, pass rates increase 6-12%, and admissions increase 50%. The return on investment was estimated to be over 6x for the first year and still profitable in subsequent years. FTE+ aims to double the number of children reached every 3 years for just $3.5 million.
