4. Working Principles
Rotary Vibrating Screen is a vertical-motor system, with eccentric hammers being installed on top
and bottom of the machine, where the motor acts as the vibratory source. The direction of the
eccentric hammers may change its rotational mode either in horizontal, vertical and inclined
movement onto the sieving screener surface. The trajectories of the materials on the sieving
machine can be change by adjusting the phase angle on both top and bottom parts.
Conversion Method of Rotary Vibration Screen Mesh Size
A lot customers only knows the micron term and don’t know the meaning of mesh when
purchasing a rotary vibrating screen. In fact, the conversion of micron into mesh is simple. Let’s PK
Machinery explain the specific conversion method.
At first, let’s us briefly understand what is mesh definition. The mesh refers to the number of
inches of screen holes per square. 50 holes per square inch refer to the 50 mesh. The bigger the
number of mesh means the more holes per square inch. Besides, it also used to express the screen
mesh particle size. The higher the number of mesh means the smaller the particle size.
The powder particle size is known as particle size. The granularity means particles can pass
through the screen mesh size with 1 inch (25.4 mm) the number of mesh width of the screen mesh
representation is known as mesh. There is no unified standard size of powder technology in the
world. Each enterprise has its granularity index definition and representation. Different country
has different screen size. Hence, it is difficult to be standardized.

How Small Size Vibrating Screen Solve Problem of Materials Accumulation?
Small size vibrating screen normally refer to rotary vibrating screen. It widely used in food,
medicine, chemical engineering and etc industries which have strict requirement on hygiene. In
addition, these industries require high screening accuracy and efficiency on the materials. Hence,
the small size vibrating screen designed uniform discharge and no clogging of materials on the
screen mesh. The priority of choosing screen mesh is cannot be too small because the material
penetration rate is low.
Besides, the eccentric and motor angle needed proper adjustment, otherwise it will cause material
accumulation scenario. The angle between eccentric and motor too small will cause faster
material operation outward spread on the screen surface. If the angle too big will cause slow
spread of materials. Generally, the angle is 45o which enable high efficiency on sieving. However,
the user can adjust the angle up to 100o depending on the requirement of the materials.

6. Components of Rotary Vibrating Screen
1) Sieve
According to the materials, rotary vibrating
screen can be divided into silk mesh screen, wire
mesh screen and synthetic fiber mesh screen.
2) Frame
The frame plays the role of sealing, collecting the
material and discharge. And can also prevent dust
removal and protect material not be polluted by
the outside world to make the production in a
closed conditions, besides, collect material and
put the material screened out discharged.
The main materials include stainless steel and
ordinary carbon steel.
3) Punched-plate
Perforated plate is made of all kinds of steel plate
shearing tensile or punching. It has smooth
surface, corrosion resistance, high temperature
resistance and is beautiful, strong and durable
with filter hole evenly, high permeability and
prevent performance. Stainless steel is excellent
resistance to corrosion, acid, alkali and salt to
adapt to the special requirements of the well, will
not grow bigger by corrosion. Multistory structure
welded together, can make the filter hole stability
with a strong ability of resistance to deformation.

4) Vibration Electric Motor
Vibration motor is the excitation source combined by power source and vibration source. Installing
a set of adjustable eccentric block on both ends of the rotor shaft, Vibration motor can get
excitation force by high speed rotation shaft of eccentric block. It has the advantages of high
efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, and long service life.

7. Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen
Ultrasonic vibrating screen is designed by attached the ultrasonic energy conversion device on
the surface of normal vibration sieve net to decompose adhesive material, mainly for the
powder which is more than 300 mesh, sticky and easy adsorption material. The ultrasonic
vibration wave (mechanical wave) attached to the screen, makes the ultra micro powder
accept huge ultrasonic acceleration, thus inhibiting screen blocking factors, such as adhesion,
friction, pancake and wedging, etc. to improve the screening efficiency and network efficiency.
