Tumbler Screener
Working Principle:
The tumbler screener utilizes the humanoid screening principle. To imitate
the movement of artificial screening action and do 3-dimensional circular
motion, skillfully combine the sieving (planar circular motion) and winnowing

Gyratory Screener
Working Principle:
This type of screening machine has a unique reciprocating rotary motion.
The motor drives eccentric handle to power the screening device, making
the screen surface to do reciprocating rotary movement. The raw materials to
be screened can be spreaded quickly in the surface of the screen under the
requirement of speed, transferring towards the discharge end.
The small particles pass through the screen mesh and the large particles
stay on the surface of the screen and are gradually transferred to the
material discharge end.

Gyratory Separator
Working Principle:
The total gyratory movement makes the material spreading, layering and
separating. The special gyratory motion can quickly disperse the material on
the whole width of the screen at the feed end, driving the particles move

Probability Screen
Working Principle:
The probability screen is a kind of new efficient screening equipment. The
moving trajectory of the sieve box is linear. It adopts multi-layer (usually 3 ~
6 layer), large inclined angle (generally 30°~60°), and large sieve mesh
(the screen mesh size is 2~10 times of the separation size) as the
screen surface. The angle of the screen increases from top to bottom. And
using probability theory, the mesh size is larger than the required sieve size,
generally 1.2~2.2 times, which greatly improves the screening efficiency and
production capacity.
This series of screening machine is a successful example of the
combination of probability theory and engineering practice. Its new design

Rotary Screen
Working Principle:
When materials enter into the drum device, because of the inclination and
rotation of the drum device, the materials on the screen surface flip and roll,
making the qualified material (undersize product) discharge from the outlet at
the bottom of the drum, and unqualified material (oversize product)
discharge through the outlet at the end of the drum. Due to the material
flipping and rolling inside the drum, the material that is stuck in the middle of
the sieve can be ejected, so as to prevent the screen mesh from being
blocked.

Rectangular Separator
Working Principle:
The rectangular separator is driven by two vibration motors to do rectilinear
vibration. By adjusting the installation angle of the vibrating motor, the
material throwing angle can be changed to achieve the required form of
production. Since the linear vibrating screen can make the material produce
a very large acceleration, it satisfies the high production demand.
This machine is usually installed horizontally and can be also installed with

Dewatering Screen
Overview:
ATE series dewatering vibrating screen is a kind of coal slime separation

Round Separator
Working Principle:
Using the latest type of vertical vibrating motor. The motor produces a
horizontal, vertical and oblique of three dimensional vibration, and then

Ultrasonic Separator
The ultrasonic screening system can be installed in various kinds of
screening machines, such as test sieve shaker, rotary vibrating screen,
tumbler screen, airflow screen, square vibrating screen etc.
Working Principle:
The ultrasonic screening system uses high frequency electronic frequency to
convert into mechanical kinetic energy through the transducer, which makes
the screen produce vibration of high frequency and low amplitude, and the
vibration is transmitted through the energy conduction ring rapidly to the
screen. This ultrasonic vibration can be conducted by the wire mesh of the
screen, in this way, each wire mesh is in the high-frequency vibration, so it
can prevent the blockage of small mesh, ensure that the screen always keep
the maximum aperture ratio in the screening process.
And it can also improve the liquidity of the material and make it smoothly
go through the mesh screen, exactly solving the screening problems of

Working Principle:
The double motor type is driven by two horizontal vibration motors, which

Dust-free Feeding Station
Working Principle:
Due to the action of the dust collection fan during unpacking , the material
dust can be prevented from flying everywhere. When the material is
unpacked and poured into the next procedure, it is only necessary to
manually unpack the material and put it into the system.
Through vibrating screen (safety screen), the bulk materials and foreign

Structure:
The dust-free feeding station consists of feeding platform, unloading bin,
dust removal system and vibrating screen etc.

Dust-free feeding station is suitable for the unpacking, feeding, screening

Centrifugal Sifter
Working Principle:
When it works, the material enters from the feed inlet at the upper end of the
housing, and the rotating screw feeds the material into the screen barrel.
Material into the screen barrel is driven by rotating scraper, impacting the
cylindrical screen mesh under the action of centrifugal force and cyclone
propelling force, making the material smaller than the mesh through the
screen and discharge from the fine outlet.
The coarse powder is bounced back by the screen, moving forward and
discharging from the coarse outlet under the action of cyclone propelling
force and scraper, thus completing the entire screening process.

Vortex Screen
Working Principle:
Vortex screen controls the particle size precisely through the screen mesh.
The powder is dispersed in the airflow and through the static screen, so it
can accurately screen micron-sized powder, which can not be realized by
vibration type sieving machine or air classifier.
It has a great contribution to the diversification, high added value and high
quality of all kinds of powder raw materials and products. Furthermore, for
the powder with humidity, oil content and electric charge that is difficult to
screen and yield cannot be guaranteed, it is a professional screening
machine.

Working Principle:

AT-400 Standard Analysis Sieve

Overview:
Magnetic suspension sieve shaker is a new type of vibration screening
equipment which integrates mechanical physical movement and
high-frequency electromagnetic vibration these two kinds of physical
vibration.
Working Principle:
Magnetic suspension sieve shaker takes the electromagnetism and vibration
starting device as the vibration source. After the energization, the
