MOLD MAKING TIN-CURE SILICONE RUBBER
Condensation tin cure silicone are two-component materials
which cure at room temperature (RTV) to flexible, high
tear-strength rubbers.
It can be poured onto models or they can be made brush-able
by adding a thixotropic additive.

SHOE SOLES SILICONE RUBBER
Shoe soles silicone rubber is generally named as two-part silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature.
Part A is a flow able liquid,part B is the catalyst.

RTV2 LIFE CASTING SILICONE RUBBER
Addition cure liquid silicone rubber/skin safe
DS series is a stable, high performance platinum cure silicone
rubber specifically designed for creating silicone makeup
appliances and skin effects that can be mixed 1A:1B by weight
or volume and cure at room temperature with negligible
shrinkage. Cured DS series is very strong and very “stretchy”.
It will stretch many times, it’s original size without tearing and will
rebound to its original form without distortion.

SS00 series is a platinum-catalyzed silicone that are versatile and easy use. It is mixed with 1A:1B by weight

SS00 series are currently available in six different hardness: shore 00-03, shore 00-10, shore 00-20, shore 00-30, shore
00-40, shore 00-50. They are suitable for a variety of application including making prosthetic applications, cushioning for
orthotics and special effects application.

Notice:
 Shelf life of product is reduced after opening. Remaining product should be used as soon as possible.Immediately
replacing the lids on both containers after dispensing product will help prolong the shelf life of the unused product.
 A release agent is necessary to facilitate de-molding when casting into or over most surfaces.
 Liquid urethane are moisture sensitive and will absorb atmospheric moisture.
 Mixing tools and containers should be clean and made of metal or plastic. Materials should be stored and used in a
warm environment (73°F/23°C).

EASY MOLDING SILICONE PUTTY
RX silicone putty product is a new silicone compounds (platinum catalyst),
and strong ,flexible mold making material.This putty has a working time
of 4-20 minutes, cures in 20-60 minutes and exhibits no shrinkage after
curing. No releasing agent is necessary.
Silicone Putty Products is applied by hand to a variety of surfaces, is
mixed in equal amounts (1A:1B) by volume and is categorized as food-grade
safe so it can be used in some baking applications (can be heated up to
400F/204C)
Application:
Plaster, plaster mixes, concrete, wax, soap, low-melt metals, chocolate, ice cubes, resins and air dry clay and quick simple
flexible rubber molds.

Instructions for use:
This product is mixed by hand. If you choose to wear gloves, wear vinyl gloves only.
Latex gloves will inhibit the cure of the rubber.
 Simply measure equal parts by volume of part A and part B into two separate equal sized balls.
 Knead part A and part B together with your hands until uniform in color (light blue). The heat from your hands will help
activate the product. Once the color is uniform, you are ready to begin your mold
 Press the kneaded mixture onto the surface of the object you wish to replicate
 Press firmly to ensure putty covers all surface areas. If covering a large surface, you may work in small sections and in
batches
 To eliminate air bubbles in your mold, begin pressing in the lowest surface points working outward to high points

Notice:
Do not eat. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF SMALL CHILDREN. Adult supervision recommended. Ingredients may cause eye
irritation, skin redness, and sensitization. If skin redness develops, discontinue use and wash affected area with soap and
water. If material gets into eyes, wash eyes with plenty of water.

RX-PU70-80 is a low viscosity casting that are beige or white color with ratio 1:1,polyurethane liquid casting plastic that has
a 2-3 minutes working time and 10 minutes de-mold time under the temperature 25℃.RX-PU70-80 are excellent for casting
decorative objects,prototypes,scale models, sculptural reproductions, duplicate masters.Production parts, fixtures, tools

Preparation:
1.Safety materials should be stored and used in a warm environment(23℃).These products have a limited shelf life and
should be used as soon as possible.All Liquids urethane are moisture sensitive and will be absorb atmospheric moisture.
2.Mixing tools and containers should be clean and made of metal,lass or plastic.Mixing should be done in a well-ventilated

  • 4. MOLD MAKING TIN-CURE SILICONE RUBBER Condensation tin cure silicone are two-component materials which cure at room temperature (RTV) to flexible, high tear-strength rubbers. It can be poured onto models or they can be made brush-able by adding a thixotropic additive.
