Nigeria Process migration was a very big migration due to very huge volume and 40% revenue provider
in PAN Africa Business.
Provided knowledge and training to Airtel Nigeria team on Fixed Assets Accounting and process.
Find out gaps between the processes getting followed by the Local team.
Standardize the data in accordance with global accounting standards and guidelines Activities
Mapped the activities with Input & Output SLA’s timelines, responsibilities etc.
Learned the As is process study and Identified the Issue & Risk as per standard of Failure Mode Effect
Analysis standards.
Migrated Nigeria Fixed Assets Books to India.
2. Process Migration of Airtel Malawi Ltd, (Malawi) from Feb’14 to Apr-14
