Endometritis is Characteriszed by inflamation of the endometrium with turbid cervico vaginal discharge. It influences fertility of the animal. It is one of the major reason for repeat breeding in bovines.in this work vaginal discharge was collected from the infected and few healthy animals and were put thru bacterial culture and culture sensitivity test (cst) and sensitivity were recoreded for selected antibiotics.

14. Conclusions
In culture sensitivity of cervical mucus:-
• highest sensitivity was recorded for Ciprofloxacin and
Enrofloxacin in all the cases followed by ofloxacin ,gentamicin
and other antibiotics used have also shown good sensitivity.
• highest resistance was recorded for Metronidazole ,
co-Trimaxazole . Resistance was also noticed for Penicilin and
oxytetracycline .
