RightWalk Foundation conducted a third party audit of the 22 point innovation plan implemented by the District Magistrate, Mr. Heera Lal and the Basic Shiksha Adhikari of Banda for overall development of rural schools at the primary and upper primary level of education. The plan was introduced in 2036 primary and upper primary schools across the District.
The study was conducted in the month of March 2019 over a period of one month. The impact study was qualitative in nature and spread across 52 villages of the district. The study concentrated on gauging the progress made by every local institution in implementing the above points in their schools.

Family Empowerment through Family Planning Village in Effort to Increase KKBP...inventionjournals
The slow decline of fertility rates (TFR) and weakening the program of Population, Family Planning and Family Development (KKBPK) is happened at field level. It very need innovation program for KKBPK Program Strengthening year 2015-2019 to leverage target achievement and enlarge the scope of KKBPK at all level in East Java Province through Program of Family Planning Village. Family Planning Village was designed as community empowerment efforts of management program of family planning. These activities are managed based on principle from, with and for community itself, the end is the society development. Government only gives stimulation and mentoring, the rest is society responsibility. This study uses qualitative approach by applying the stages of operational research in order to evaluate the success of intervention program of Family Planning Village in Bondowoso and Bangkalan regency. The research purpose is to explain the KKBPK program achievement and other programs related to create high quality small family. The research results show that the success of Family Planning Village is largely determined by people's active participation in various levels, programs intervention, funds, facilities, infrastructure, KIE, advocacy and mobilization of Local Apparatus Work Unit of Family Planning (SKPDKB) and across sectors with final target of culture movement collectively and continuously. Family Planning Village can be regarded as a public initiative, not just a government program. Regent has important role together Working Group of District/City by involving parliament members together to manage intervention program in Family Planning Village as well as to maintain program continuity. Assistance is needed to implement KKBPK program at field and "Skill" training for UPPKS group and other Poktan as well as budget provision to support of advocacy, KIE and mobilization in Family Planning Village region.

This paper makes an attempt to measure actual performance and Government’s initiatives to accelerate the process of rural development through rural development programme in Uttar Pradesh.
Ashoka University to improve governance in the state and driving a mass impact on ground. Running since 2016, the programme provides a platform to 25 young individuals each year, to work closely with the Chief Minister's Office for bringing transparency, accountability and efficiency in public service delivery in the state. The CMGGAs are recruited through a competitive process with the selection ratio of -1:100. The associates are trained and oriented about government functioning and structure through a 15 day boot camp at Ashoka University and are then posted across 22 districts to work in tandem with the district administration for a period of one year.

Rural development has remained at the centre stage of national development in India. But poverty has persisted despite our efforts to tackle it since independence. Rural development focuses upon the development of the sections of rural economies, that experience serious poverty issues and effectively aims at developing their productivity. It also emphasises the need to address various pressing issues of village economies that hinder growth and improve these areas. The Government of India has lunched number of schemes for development of rural areas. The rural India facing the major problems of housing, absence of infrastructure in villages and towns to village connectivity by all weather roads and absence of employment opportunities in villages. This paper is to study the Government of India has announced, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act MGNREGA to provide employment to rural people Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yoiana PMGSY to build roads, and Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yoiana Gramin PMAY G scheme is to provide houses. These 3 important schemes are play main role in rural development of India. The study reveals that against the target of 1.00 crore houses to be constructed by March 2019, 44.54 lakh houses have been constructed during 2017 18 under PMAY G scheme. The pace of construction of PMGSY roads reached an eight year high of 134 kilometre per day in 2017 18 as against an average of 73 Kilometres during the period 2011 to 2014. Hence, the pace of construction has increased by 93 . MGNREGA has provided employment to 5.12 crore households by generating more than 234.25 crore person days of wage employment covering 177 lakh works during FY 2017 18. Anima Kumari | Dr. K. C. Out of the 22 point innovative plan, 15 points were being implemented successfully in the district.
Scope of improvement wasrecorded in7pointersof the plan. The mid-day meal model adopted by
Mr. HeeraLal wasone of the most successful modelstocurb corruption and ensure proper delivery
of services to the children. The Uttar Pradesh State Ministry were highly appreciative of the
intervention and conversation of adopting the model across the State are also underway.
We foundthatthe innovationsplannedby Mr. Heera Lal have huge potential to transform the rural
schools of the District. Despite severe resource crunch in Banda, Mr. Heera Lal’s devising and
implementingthe transformationplan ishighlycommendable.Apartfromthe mid-day meal model,
there are other plans adoptedbythe District as well thathave been highly successful and are under
conversations to be replicated across the State.
Under Mr. Heera Lal’s commendable leadership, district Banda is performing really well in
innovations in the domains of education and other sectors.
