3.  HMW statements translate a challenge into an opportunity for
design
 Brainstorms tend to work well when anchored by an
appropriate problem statement, framed as HMW
 Suggests that a solution is possible
 Doesn’t suggest a particular solution

5.  Focused enough to limit confusion
 Rooted in the previous Design Thinking work
 Open enough to encourage creativity
 Radical, not incremental

 How might we make (IGI) Indira Gandhi International Airport safer for
flyers/travellers?
 How might we increase compliance to safety measures (mask wearing,
physical distancing, etc.) among travellers?
 How might we create a safer in-flight experience for travellers?
