prepared a newly-formed unit to deploy and execute its mission in less than 90 days.
• Trusted with the management and execution of over $9 million in post-war reconstruction, security, and
development projects in an austere environment.
• Conducted daily negotiations with host-nation government officials to formulate local and regional
infrastructure development strategies and coordinate long-term project programming.
• Expertly navigated a headquarters-directed 10% manpower reduction. Managed technical, program, and safety
risks by forecasting mission requirements, assessing assigned tasks, and cross-training remaining personnel.
Result was zero impact to cost, schedule and performance milestones for project execution.
