The argument can be made that chivalry is unsustainable in both texts, given that
while it inspires these heroes to pursue these tasks, the result is that they believe that
mild sacrifices, such as their own life, must be made to ensure victory; however,
these two texts differ with their heroes anticipated outcomes of their sacrifices, which
turns out to be for nothing. Despite having different outcomes of operating within a
system of chivalry, these two texts similarly critique the outcomes of chivalry as

Interestingly, 1Samuel chapter 10 tells the history of how Saul became the king of
Israel. The prophet Samuel had just anointed Saul as leader of Israel and

appropriation. Two of these elements, anonymity and imitation are clear in Vivien s
reflection of the ancient women on Lesbos in herself. Imitation provides Vivien
with a means of growing in sexuality, a gaining of knowledge of the women of
Lesbos s ways. The ancient Lesbians work as a template, but suddenly become the
same as the lesbians of Vivien s timereferred to as our (18). The result of imitation is
growing nearer toward the likeness of the ancient Lesbians. Vivien s body
metaphorically becomes a reflecting mirror, taking up all aspects of the ancient

Parents should be able to use these state issued debit cards to decide which type of

school institution. School choice means providing this funding for low income
students who live in school zones with lower quality schools. If a family can, with
