Timothy Wilhite has over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, including his current role as a Service Assurance Lead at XO since 2011 where he provides technical support and diagnoses customer troubles. Prior to that, he worked for 29 years at Qwest in various technician roles installing and maintaining E911 networks, special services circuits, and basic telephone service. He holds a BA in Pastoral Ministries from Nazarene Bible College.
