• Manages Broadview’s hosted phone system services that include features like Call Forwarding, Call
Routing, Voicemails, Auto Attendant, Extension Call Handling, Call Permissions, Call Groups and ACDs
• Maintains operation and registration of Mitel’s desk and cordless IP phones, Polycom VVX and
conference units, mobile and PC softphones , SIP devices like Grandstream & Linksys ATAs used for
overhead paging, door buzzers, fax and analog phones
