Director of Product Document Management, Quality
Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of an effective Document
Management and product‐based information system. Provided strategic direction on business requirements,
including leading BD network and core teams. Directed the PDM function to improve both Document
Management system and the overall effectiveness of collaborative efforts between program teams and cross‐
functional groups in the product development process. Led and acted as a liaison between Quality, R&D,
MFG, and IT to improve company tools and processes. Co‐led two full SAP upgrades and a Documentum
upgrade. Consolidated hundreds of quality system documents to reduce procedures and training

A minimally invasive heart surgery company, IPO darling of Wall Street, purchased by J&J in 2001.
Customer Service Manager, Sales and Marketing
Planned, implemented, and directed Customer Service Department to provide worldwide support to
customers and sales staff. Directed and coordinated Order Entry system in conjunction with Sales, Clinical,
Accounting, Inventory Control and Shipping. Interfaced with MFG to coordinate FGI levels and directed
deliveries through appropriate carriers to ensure contractual and cost objectives were met. Always delivered
on my promise for shipping products to hospitals and surgical teams that had patients waiting for medical
attention even on the same day. Maintained the integrity of the company’s website, managed lead
databases, supported public relations and corporate communications team. Created and maintained product
analysis metrics, sales revenue reporting, and customer activity for Sales and Marketing. Communicated sales
information to Senior Staff. Coordinator company trade shows, sales contest, and other projects.
Document Control Manager, Manufacturing
Directed and controlled all aspects of running and maintaining a Documentation System Group in a regulated
industry and assisted in the development of the Quality System. Ensured processes were in place for storing,
retrieving, updating, and reproduction of all Quality System documentation. Implemented and maintained
systems ensuring master files and Quality System history files were available to the organization and external
regulatory agencies. Identified and used established methods, processes, and tools for processing
documentation accurately and efficiently. Acted as a key liaison between Quality and Manufacturing
requirements. Developed and implemented improvements to increase proficiencies within the Quality
System. Monitored and analyzed all phases of the department with metrics to perform as Best in Class.

Control. Specific responsibilities included Bill of Material maintenance, ECO Process, Part Number Database,
and several Document Control related projects. Established the control of firmware documentation (i.e.,
PAL/Prom ode, Gerber files, schematics), completed several database conversions from the UK to the US,
created and monitored central location of documents and data sheets, maintained exceptional accuracy, and

A designer and manufacturer of electronic devices, electronic warfare subsystems, receiving equipment, and
antennas for space.
Roles and Responsibilities, Manufacturing and Corporate Services
Master Scheduler (1990‐91, 1993‐94) responsible for facilitating all phases of the build and shipping
schedule for the department with an average monthly sales of $2.5 million. Customer Relations contact
person for key accounts.SPC facilitator and assisted with Sales quotes to the customer. Team member with
the purchase and implementation of a new MRP/Accounting system for all divisions throughout the
company. Key decision maker for assembly.
Production Coordinator (1989‐90, 1993) material planner for Logistics on all fabricated parts, forecasting,
scheduling, and problem solving. CQU team leader for department supported all engineering builds, and
became APICS Fundamental Certified.
Stockroom Lead (1992) reorganized and restructured inventory control system to MRP level, achieved
highest audit results in 8 years with over $400k inventory, and trained staff to continue good manufacturing
practices.
Field Return Coordinator (1990‐91) established computerized RGA tracking process, reduced evaluation
process by 83% in first year, supervised and trained staff.
Drafting Lead (1988‐89) coordinated, reviewed, and assisted entire workflow of department. Supervised
four designers and three drafters, assisted training program for Document/Drafting department, engineers,
and other personnel on AutoCAD. Developed color images for highly classified missile systems.
Drafter/Designer (1983‐88) assisted engineering staff in documenting product designs and numerous
equipment fixtures, ECO Coordinator, and processed majority of changes to all types of documents.
