Description:
Ruggedisation ofgenerator is to make it strong and sturdy. Design includes modification in unitto operate engine
from -30Âş to 55Âşc which overcomes cold start problem, lightweight and strong construction to reduce weight and
induce strength, ease of handling, and transportation. Heaters were used to keep the unit warm under colder
start, temperature sensors were used to measure inner temperature ofunitbased on which unitusers will decide
whether to start engine or to wait for some more time.

o Actual design process, Material procurement and placing order for brought out parts

Description:
As the name itself suggest that, to access the communication under the sea level, unit has designed so that it
perfectly insulated with all the water sealing gaskets, so that a drop of water should not enter the unit, also
additional care has been taken to resist 300G shock test, mounted the sophisticated electrical components
without causing any problem for wiring and routing of electrical cables.

machined Aluminum and incorporate a versatile and patented “high integrity frame” construction technique.
