 Working for interiors on A unit consists of six cars of three car types, Queensland Next Generation
EMU train in accordance with ISO 2553 welding standards.
 Queensland Next Generation EMU Structural Design and Crashworthiness.
 Car body Materials, Car body Structure with Corrugations of EN Standards.
 Design of earthing points for all electrical points.
 Tetherning points for all Moving/Swinging and hatch parts & products
 Design of Door Pod frame structure and Door pod handrails made up of GRP materials by connect
back to structure.
 Design of GRP part as per the manufacturing considerations
 Design and fixation of EDR,PID & PEI systems for interior systems
 Design and Modifications of end walls, end wall lockers and side wall linings
 Design of housing for passenger information display.
 Loom bars for electrical harness restraining purpose.
 Floor panels to cover the entire passenger walking area, closely working with methods team to
determine the possible fitting due to total mass and area.

 Working on various versions of Breakers for GACB Breakers of GE Energy, starting from Concept phase to
Low cost the Product in Design offers a unique combination of high fault current withstand ratings, short
fault interruption time and selectivity.
 A line of three and four pole devices ranging from 2000A to 4000A in common frames with fault
interruption ratings of 50kA and 65kA.
 Responsibilities including concepts, design, analysis and documentation of the entire program using Pro-
E, Intralink, Wind-chill and e-Matrix.
 Followed DFM, NEMA & UL Standards to design sheet metal, plastic parts and assemblies.
 Worked on MINIGUARD Breaker for Smaller design concept generation.
