 Documentations like SES, HDD and User guide
 Temperature and humidity testing
Project Name: Control saturation warning system (CSWS) July 2011 to May 2012
Controller used: NXP semiconductor - MPC5674F.
Client: HAL
Protocols: UART, RS232, SPI
Description: The objective of the project is to create a stand-alone, real time airworthy system
capable of interfacing various input and output sensors/systems of Helicopter, implementing
linear/ non-linear control laws. The product detects control saturations based on the HAL
desired algorithm and provide audio and visual warnings to the pilot to take immediate
controls/action when flight conditions exceed a predetermined limit.
Contribution:
 Power and temperature analysis of the cards
 Testing of CSWS unit
 Reliability and FMEA analysis to improve the design robustness
Tools Used
 ORCAD Capture Version 15.3 and 16.6 for schematics
