Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs 1977- 1989 Daytona Beach College- Daytona Beach, Florida • Conducted research, in collaboration with Harvard University School of Education, on the assessment of critical thinking skills in two-year college students. • Supervised five (5) campuses and more than 500 full-time faculty during my 12-year tenure. • Generated $55,000,000 in grants, which propelled my research in brain quadrant preferences in student learning. • Developed the first computerized Student Tracking System recorded in Florida in 1980.
