2. Noteworthy Accomplishments:
 Implemented Zero Chlorine Project on time resulted in saving of 620 mINR per annum.
 Suggested to eliminate EDC Flash Separator thereby reducing the consumption of steam resulted in saving
of 27 mINR per annum recurring.
 Improved Furnace Efficiency thereby saving 12 mINR per annum.
 Improved Oxy Reactor Performance and reduced the consumption of Ethylene by 0.06 per tonne of HCL
and leads to increase VCM production by 5T/day resulted in cost saving 4 mINR per annum.
 Participated as active team member and our team was awarded First prize in CASHe competition and
runners up for maximum number of suggestions, TBRA & house-keeping competition.
 Implemented Standby Re-boiler in plant critical column resulted in saving of 2.7 mINR.
 Successfully completed maintenance and inspection of 30 no’s various tanks (Floating roof, Cone Roof for
VR and Internal Floating Roof) and sphere.

A mega Greenfield Copper Smelting and Refining complex. The plant produces world class copper cathodes,
continuous cast copper Rods & Precious Metals. Apart from Copper products, Sulphuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Di‐
Ammonium Phosphate and other Phosphatic Fertilizers are also produced.
Key Responsibilities:
 Operating Sulphuric Acid plant phase I.
 Coordinating for the construction and commissioning of Sulphuric Acid Plant phase II.
 Scheduling of annual Shut-down activities.
 DCS – Panel operation during Emergency Handling
