Utilized Avanti Software to RPS and close out work order for CSS and Onbase scanning

How to code and index files so they can be retrieved most effectively.
Scan documents using Kodak Capture Software and convert into Single, Multi, TIFF,

Coordinated with the agency contact person and the supervisor to maintain the accuracy and
completeness of
the projects. Monitored and evaluated the documents scanning procedures to ensure its
adequacy to meet
requirements and to prevent unnecessary duplication.
Additional Information:
I have been using large scanner format with ZEUTSCHEL since 2008 for scanning newspaper
and blue print documents
Able to scan 10.000 up to 19,000 document a day.
I had been working with Laserfiche since 2002 with version 6.0 and now all the way up to the
newly released version 8.0 totaling over six years of experience as a user and as a trainer.
I have the following experienced and companies with Laserfiche, but not limited too:
I know how to scan documents into the repository.
How to code and index files so they can be retrieved most effectively.
I’ve had to capture over 20 meta-date fields requirement.
I’ve worked with many different types of scanner, so my efficiency is limited only by the
technology,
but I’ve been able to scan up to 10,000 documents a day.
I know how to make the best use of the Laserfiche’s scanning interface and its image clean-up
tools.
How to take advantage of the functionality offered by Laserfiche Snapshot and Laserfiche
Quickfields.
I’m familiar with some of these tools’ configuration options and Capabilities.

Additional Information: I have been using large scanner format with ZEUTSCHEL since 2008 for scanning newspaper and blue print documents Able to scan 10.000 up to 19,000 document a day. I had been working with Laserfiche since 2002 with version 6.0 and now all the way up to the newly released version 8.0 totaling over six years of experience as a user and as a trainer. I have the following experienced and companies with Laserfiche, but not limited too: I know how to scan documents into the repository. How to code and index files so they can be retrieved most effectively. I’ve had to capture over 20 meta-date fields requirement. I’ve worked with many different types of scanner, so my efficiency is limited only by the technology, but I’ve been able to scan up to 10,000 documents a day. I know how to make the best use of the Laserfiche’s scanning interface and its image clean-up tools. How to take advantage of the functionality offered by Laserfiche Snapshot and Laserfiche Quickfields. I’m familiar with some of these tools’ configuration options and Capabilities.
