 Administrating the process of licensing of employed seafarers according to flag state regulations
(Panama, Liberian & Marshall Island)
 Ensuring the necessary arrangements for pre-embarks medical examination and D&A testing of
directly employed seafarers.
 Liaising with agent & vessel for sign on & sign off of all seafarers
 Assisting in arranging accommodation and transportation facilities for Company’s representatives
and visitors.
 Checking documents of seafarers according to national and international requirements, to ensure
that all the seagoing personnel are certified by industry recognized health official as medically fit
to undertake their specific duties on board, and hold valid, relevant qualification certificates
necessary for their position.
 Preparing of sea time/sea service letters for examinations, Issuance/ renewal of documents and
certificates of the seafarers.
 Preparation of Pre- joining checklist for seafarers
 Organizing and maintaining scan copies of seafarers travel documents, courses & certificates as
per checklist.
 Ensuring that assigned vessels are supplied with personnel properly qualified, certified and
medically fit for the performance of their task, in accordance with applicable national and
international requirements.
 Administrating the process of issuance of visa letters and other travel documentation and the
transportation of seafarers to and from assigned vessels.
 Control and approval for payment of crewing related invoices.

 Ensuring that crew documentation and crew management records are properly kept, controlled
and preserved according to the applicable system requirements.
 Planning and implementation of crew changes.
 Keeping fleet managers posted on intended crew changes, namely in which concerns the
planning of senior officers’ movements.
 Ensuring the receipt, control, recording and distribution of incoming / outgoing documentation
and correspondence.
 Maintaining updated records for all seafarers employed by the company.
