Association and Hospice. Utilized the lean process improvement and conducted activity based analysis of
hospital processes using metrics to determine inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Collaborated with
senior leadership to implement process improvement objectives based on dated collected from Exeter Hospital
Pharmacy department. Analyzing 1.5% of the inventory identified a combined $136,974.77 in potential for
reduction in waste for excess inventory and medication expiration. Worked with senior leadership to presented
recommendations to the senior board.

Plan in Exeter, NH to research and develop an action plan to combat concerns about access to healthcare due to
climate adaptations. Lead community discussion to engage residents and ensure plans reflect the desires of these
citizens in regards to their values, priorities, and perspectives. Developed research proposals and led cross-
sectional collaboration to identify vulnerable areas.
Mental Health Advocate Training Winter 2014
National Alliance on Mental Illness: Two day training that both identified the need for mental health advocacy
in New Hampshire and the process to take to reach and impact legislation. Both personal accounts and individual
