 M.Tech in the field of Biochemical Engineering & Biotechnology and undertaking a project at IICT in the field of
Parameter Optimization for Bioprocess.
 Qualified B.Tech.
 In Plant trainee with nearly 3 months experience in Production and Quality control of milk and milk by products at
GMP complying production plant. And trained at a renowned Contract Research Organisation (CRO) affiliated with GLP
certification under Biotech Industrial Training Program 2012-2013 for 6 months.
 Well versed in conducting experiments such as Bacterial Reverse Mutation (Ames test), Chromosomal Aberration in
Human Lymphocytes and Mice Lymphocytes, Micronuclei Assay in Mice/ Rat which are conducted for toxicological
screening of potential genotoxic compounds.
 I have been able to attend workshops on Intellectual Property Rights, Patent Assessment and Regulatory Affairs
conducted by Patent Information Centre (PIC), A.P State Council Of Science & Technology (APCOST).
 A sound knowledge regarding handling of laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometer, centrifuge and other basic
instrumentation.
 Good laboratory practices when it comes to Microbiology based research.
 A very good knowledge about the basic aspects of Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Genetic engineering,

Responsibilities:
 Studying the production aspects of milk and it‟s by products.
 Monitoring the mechanisms of the Pasteurizers, Standardization of milk, Continuous Butter Making Machine, Packing
machines, Cottage cheese production, Ice Cream production, Curd production, Dhoodh Peda production and Flavoured
milk production.
 Studying the quality determining methods for milk, Butter, Ghee, Cottage cheese, Ice Cream, Curd, Dhoodh peda and
Flavoured milk.
 The quality determining methods includes adulterants detection, fat percentage, Solids-not-fat percentage, acidity,
microbial testing in the raw cum final product and quality aspects of the product packaging.
 Monitoring the Good Manufacturing Practises (GMP) practised in the large scale industry.
 Need for following the GMPs.
 Study of the functions and mechanisms of the only “Effluent Treatment Plant” owned by a large scale plant.

Responsibilities:

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

 To assist the Study Director in processing and screening slides and perform post mortem in case of in vivo studies.
 Calibration of the equipments and handling of instruments as per the user manual and SOP.
 Manage the studies in both accuracy and punctuality as a team.

 Authored oral paper on “ Microbial growth kinetics for Candida antarctica lipase B production in submerged
fermentation” as a part of CHEMCON 2015, a 68th Annual Session of the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers at IIT
Guwahati.
 I have presented an oral paper on “Kinetic evaluation of microbial growth implicated in lipase production” and co-
authored “Kinetic study on enzymatic hydrolysis of tributyrin” at NIT, Warangal as a part of International
Conference on New Frontiers in Chemical, Energy and Environmental Engineering 2015 (INCEEE 2015) which was
organized on the occasion of 50th
anniversary of Chemical Engineering‟s existence at NIT, Warangal.
 Presented poster at Indo-US Conference on Advanced Lignocellulosic Biofuels, 2014 at IICT (Hyderabad) on “Recent
advances on Biomass Pre-treatment methods”.
