1. Action Aid – for the period of 6 months
My Role – attended various seminars and submitted the summary to the project
coordinator, visited various NGO’s in the city.
2. Thozhamai - for the period of 6 months
My Role – worked with the forced eviction people in Semmanchery and conducted
various programme like awareness programme and tuition for the school going
children.
3. Woory Automotives India Pvt. Ltd- for the period of 4 months
My Role – i) Recruitment – helped out in the recruitment process and assisted the
HR manager in the process of recruitment.
ii) Documentation- documented the profiles of the employees, arranged the profiles
in order, field visit to the production lines, and assisted the HR manager in all the
functions carried out.
4. Hotel Savera- for the period of 3 months
My Role – i) Recruitment – made the candidate ready for the interview by
following various steps like cross checking the resume and providing them the
application form to be filled, and then directed them to attend the interview.
ii) Training and Induction – came to know about the training and induction
process.
iii) Documentation – arranged the profiles in the alphabetic order, and experienced
the clerical jobs required in the organization, produced the status report of the
working environment.
iv) Statutory Compliances: Attendance entry, Compensatory Off, wage
calculation, Loss of Pay, came to know about ML, CL and also observed the welfare
measures followed in the organization.
