sites to compare and contrast the difference in business processes, found the
gaps and established a continuous improvement project for GSK Belgium.
 Assisting logistics manager to accomplish a joint venture project worth more
than 1.5 million Euros by reviewing and remapping more than 120 supply chain
processes using Microsoft Visio, streamlined the supply chain processes flow.
 Establishing a Business process improvement project by extracting more than
2000 data from SAP in order to analyze the bottleneck of logistics process using
math algorism(percentile),Successfully found the bottleneck in logistics process.
Industrial engineer (Internship) – D.B Schenker Pte Ltd Singapore
 Communicating with more than 50 employees in the warehouse, conduct AFE
by measuring more than 400 lead-time records for storekeepers to perform each
