In 2003 as Assistant Store Officer :Now i am working as Assistant Manager (Inventory & Stores )
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete responsibility of ERP implementation for the inventory control of store Items.
To rearrange the store items data and completion / submission of the Data formats as per requirement
of the new ERP Soft ware (i.e. Oracle – GP10).
To prepare / update all the documents regarding the Quality system ISO/TS 16949; 2002.
Responsible for conducting / clearance of quarterly internal audit, annually external audit
of store inventory, as well as for the audit of documents and procedures of quality system.
and also perform responsibility as an internal auditor.
To ensure the proper coding / stacking and tagging of all the items present in the physical store.
Cross check and approve all type of documents generated by computer section ensuring
the accuracy of inventory recording.
To monitor and minimize the consumption of the spare parts and consumable items.
To prepare duty roster of store personals.
To check & post the bills of purchased in to computerized store inventory system.(PO+GRN)
To check post the store issue requisition in the store inventory to complete
Issue transaction.(MIR)
To maintain the filing record of store issue requisition month wise.
To generate report of all regular items at the end of month.
To maintain the stock of (CH.ES.GS.MH.T&T.O&L.DIES.CL.WFD)
To reconcile the store receiving and issuance with faineance department
at the end of each month
i.e. (Purchase +Stock states Local/Imported & Consumption)
(VMRR) to maintain the Vendor Monthly Rating Report regarding Supply chain.
