Accountabilities:
As a key member of the Demand Hub team, the Regional S&OP and Supply Chain
Planner’s primary objective is to manage the following support functions essential to Supply
Chain productivity; Sales Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Data and Reporting,
Warehousing and Distribution
• Manage sales forecasting, demand planning, and budgeting processes on 24 months
rolling demand forecast for 13 countries from AP and NA
• Review and communicate 24 months rolling consensus forecast following CCC process
requirements
• Key responsible for Area S&OP in the scope of Sales Forecast Accuracy/Bias, OTIF,
Inventory and NPI.
• Supporting the Regional Supply Planning Director in executing the Regional
Performance Management (including analysis of stock write off, KPI performance, root-
causing and proposed mitigations
• Coordinate new product launch forecasts, supplies and inventory impact and monitor
post launch product life cycle management
• Delivery service and conduct inventory reviews together with manufacturing sites to
ensure the right balance between product availability, service, stock and costs.
• Consult and communicate between LOC and the multiple Supply Chain Planning teams
(Regional and Manufactory) to highlight any Supply issues
• Proactively diagnose the analytical requirements of the organizations; achieve Demand
and Supply excellence through delivering performance management tools and
dashboards
• Accountable for DRP parameters (Distribution Requirements Planning) including safety
stock, lead time and MOQs (Minimum Order Quantity) to ensure proper production
planning and inventory management are in place
